Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online store.

This website and online store are operated by Blockchain Fond K/S. In these Terms of Service, the words “we,” “us,” “our” and “the Company” refer to Blockchain Fond K/S.

We provide access to this website, its online store, product information, content, functions, tools and related customer services. These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The technical e-commerce infrastructure for our online store is provided by Shopify.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our online store.

Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and other policies displayed on the website also form part of the agreement between you and us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product or otherwise using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Danish, European Union or European Economic Area consumer protection law.

2. Company Details

The Services are provided by:

Company name: Blockchain Fond K/S
CVR number: 42256005
Registered address: Banegårdspladsen 20, 1. tv
Postal code and city: 8000 Aarhus C
Country: Denmark

For customer service enquiries, please contact us at support@dsazd.shop.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Services, you confirm that you have reached the applicable legal age required to enter into a purchase contract.

Where permitted by law, minors may use the Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access where we believe that a user:

  • Has materially violated these Terms;

  • Has provided false or misleading information;

  • Is using the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

  • Has attempted to interfere with the website or its security; or

  • Creates a material security or legal risk to us, our customers or third parties.

4. Customer Accounts

Certain features of the Services may require you to create a customer account.

When creating an account or placing an order, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address and payment information.

You confirm that information supplied by you is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, assign or license your customer account to another person without authorization.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images displayed through the Services are accurate.

However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly because of screen settings, device displays, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations or product improvements.

Product photographs and images are provided for reference and illustrative purposes.

We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

We may correct or update product descriptions, specifications or images when necessary.

We may also modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict availability in certain locations or introduce new product models or versions.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights where a product is defective, incorrectly described or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract.

6. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, offer an appropriate alternative where suitable or refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

7. Placing an Order

Submitting an order through our online store constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding purchase agreement will normally be formed when we expressly accept the order, confirm that it has entered fulfilment or dispatch, or otherwise communicate acceptance.

Please check your order information carefully before submitting your purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, voluntary changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available to you.

8. Our Right to Reject or Cancel an Order

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Payment cannot be authorized or verified;

  • Billing or delivery information is incorrect;

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected;

  • An obvious pricing or product error has occurred;

  • Purchase limits have been exceeded;

  • Delivery to the selected location is unavailable; or

  • Processing the order would violate applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method where agreed or legally required.

9. Personal and Household Purchases

Unless otherwise agreed, products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use.

You must not use the Services for unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent transactions, unlawful export, sanctions evasion, misrepresentation or other unlawful purposes.

We may reasonably restrict quantities or cancel orders where there are grounds to believe that products are being purchased for unauthorized resale or illegal activity.

10. Prices and Promotions

The price payable for a product will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted.

Prices, promotional offers and discounts may change from time to time.

Price changes will not normally affect an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions concerning eligibility, duration, participating products, minimum purchase requirements or usage limits.

Where specific promotional conditions conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional conditions will apply.

11. Taxes, Customs and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other costs will be displayed during checkout where required and reasonably possible.

Orders delivered across national borders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges or other fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated that such charges are included in the purchase price, the customer may be responsible for charges imposed by the relevant authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered through our store may legally be imported into their destination country.

12. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or independent banks, payment processors, payment gateways or other financial service providers.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country, currency, order value or other relevant factors.

Only payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the relevant order.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot reasonably be verified or authorized.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery periods displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs inspections, incorrect delivery information, severe weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, strikes, regulatory restrictions or natural disasters.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Where delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied by the customer, reasonable redelivery costs may be charged where permitted by law.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage generally transfers when you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

14. Returns and the Right of Withdrawal

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Consumers purchasing eligible goods online in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies:

  • You may withdraw without providing a reason;

  • You must notify us before the withdrawal period expires;

  • The goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period; and

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility has been properly disclosed and applicable law permits it.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy provides additional return options and does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.

15. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.

Processing time may depend on the type of return, payment method, date on which the returned goods are received, evidence of return and the processing time of the relevant payment provider.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be handled within the applicable statutory period.

Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.

16. Intellectual Property

Content made available through the Services may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Protected content may include business names, logos, product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, website layouts, software and icons.

Such content may belong to Blockchain Fond K/S, Shopify, our licensors, service providers or other rights holders.

You may use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.

Without appropriate authorization, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or improperly modify protected content, remove intellectual property notices or use our commercial identifiers in a misleading manner.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Where the Services allow you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, suggestions or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display that content for legitimate purposes connected with operating and promoting the Services.

You confirm that content submitted by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is owned by you or submitted with appropriate permission, does not violate another person's rights, is not unlawful or misleading and does not contain malicious software.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of another person.

18. Third-Party Tools and Services

The Services may contain tools, integrations or functionality supplied by third parties.

We may not own, operate or control those third-party services.

Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms, privacy policy and operating conditions.

You should review the applicable third-party terms before using such services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

19. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or platforms.

Those services are not necessarily operated or controlled by us.

When you visit a third-party website, that provider's own terms and privacy practices will apply.

Transactions entered into directly with an independent third party are between you and that third party.

20. Relationship With Shopify

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify.

Shopify provides technical services that may include store hosting, checkout technology, payment integrations, security tools, store management functions and data-processing infrastructure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products available through our online store are sold by Blockchain Fond K/S, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by us and is not a party to the purchase contract between you and Blockchain Fond K/S.

Shopify may independently process certain personal information according to its own privacy documentation and applicable law.

21. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is processed, how it may be shared and retained, how international transfers may occur and what privacy rights may be available to you.

Because Shopify hosts our online store, Shopify and other service providers may also process certain information necessary to provide the Services.

22. Errors and Corrections

Information displayed through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, outdated product information, incorrect delivery estimates, availability errors or other inaccuracies.

We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.

If an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you and offer to proceed with corrected information, provide an appropriate alternative or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

23. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or the rights of another person.

You must also not intentionally distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, collect personal information unlawfully, bypass access controls, scrape protected website content without authorization or commercially exploit the Services without permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

24. Automated Tools and Agents

Automated software, artificial intelligence tools, robots or similar systems must not interact with the Services in a manner that circumvents security measures, conceals abusive automated access, ignores technical restrictions, accesses accounts without authorization, scrapes protected information, interferes with website performance or otherwise violates these Terms.

We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent automated access that creates security, privacy, operational or intellectual property risks.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary because:

  • These Terms have been materially breached;

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;

  • Payment lawfully remains unpaid;

  • Website or account security is threatened;

  • An account creates a material risk to customers or third parties; or

  • Applicable law requires us to do so.

Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

26. Availability and Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, secure and accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely free from technical errors, compatible with every device or browser, or free from temporary service interruptions.

Except where otherwise required by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory product guarantees, statutory conformity rights, remedies for defective goods or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockchain Fond K/S will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, mandatory product liability or violation of non-waivable consumer rights.

28. Your Responsibility for Breaches

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights or submission of content without the necessary rights or permission.

You will not be responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

29. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government action, epidemics, strikes, transportation disruption, telecommunications failures, power outages, customs restrictions or failures of independent infrastructure providers.

Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact where possible.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will apply to the fullest extent legally permitted.

Any invalid or unenforceable portion may be separated from the remaining Terms.

All remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

Any waiver applies only to the specific matter to which it relates.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases made through our online store.

They replace earlier versions relating to the same subject matter.

Nothing in this section excludes information or representations that legally form part of a consumer purchase contract.

33. Assignment

You may not transfer your customer account or contractual obligations to another person without our prior authorization, except where applicable law permits such transfer.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business sale, restructuring or transfer of assets.

Any transfer by us will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

34. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and purchases made through our online store are governed by the laws of Denmark.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of their country of residence where those protections apply.

We encourage customers to contact us first if a dispute arises so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

You may contact us at support@dsazd.shop or by writing to:

Blockchain Fond K/S
Banegårdspladsen 20, 1. tv
8000 Aarhus C
Denmark

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, customers may have the right to refer the matter to an appropriate consumer dispute resolution body or a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a right to bring a claim before a competent court.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, technology, security requirements, legal obligations or other legitimate operational developments.

The latest version will be published through our online store together with its effective or last updated date.

Where legally required, appropriate notice will be provided before a material change takes effect.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing purchase contract unless permitted by applicable law.
